How We Work

Two ways in. One standard of engineering rigour.

Whether we solve your challenge over a live video link or on the plant floor, the process is the same shape — structured, senior-led, and closed-loop.

Track A · Online

Remote engagement — from inquiry to written action plan

Six steps, mostly compressed into 24–48 hours. Everything is documented and closed with a signed report.

  1. STEP 01

    Inquiry received

    T + 0

You describe the plant challenge via the inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp. Every inquiry gets a K7-YYYYMMDD-XXXXX reference ID for traceable follow-up.

  2. STEP 02

    Triage & scoping

    T + 4h

A senior engineer reads the inquiry within 4 hours, asks the sharp diagnostic questions, and confirms whether the problem is remote-solvable or needs a site visit.

  3. STEP 03

    Expert assigned

    Same day

The right domain specialist — kiln, gearbox, electrical, SCM, safety — takes ownership. You get their name, background, and direct contact.

  4. STEP 04

    Live remote session

    Within 24h

Camera-guided walk of the equipment, screen-share of your SCADA / trends, and a working call with your plant team. Recorded for the file if you approve.

  5. STEP 05

    Written action plan

    Within 48h

A signed engineering report and prioritised corrective action plan — root cause, immediate fix, structural fix, spare-part list, and re-inspection windows.

  6. STEP 06

    30-day follow-up

    T + 30d

We come back four weeks later to verify the fix held, review your data, and close the loop. If the issue returns, the next session is free.

Track B · On-site

On-site engagement — from mobilisation to leaving your team stronger

Eight steps, scaled to the scope. Every engagement ends with a handover pack and a follow-through window.

  1. STEP 01

    Inquiry & scoping call

    T + 0 – 4h

Same 4-hour inquiry response as the remote track. First call frames the scope: shutdown, commissioning, audit, or long-term O&M.

  2. STEP 02

    Engagement letter

    Within 24h

Written scope, deliverables, timeline, and confidentiality clause. Signed by both sides before any travel is booked.

  3. STEP 03

    Mobilisation

    T + 24 – 48h

Senior engineer(s) mobilised to your site — travel, visas, PPE, and safety inductions handled. Typical mobilisation window: 24–48 hours.

  4. STEP 04

    On-site diagnosis

    Day 1 – 3

Walkdown, instrumentation, alignment checks, thermography, oil sampling, vibration analysis — whatever the challenge needs. Interim findings shared daily.

  5. STEP 05

    Intervention & fix

    As scoped

Direct hands-on work with your maintenance team — kiln alignment, gearbox overhaul, panel commissioning, safety hot-work supervision. Nothing is left half-done.

  6. STEP 06

    Team coaching

    Throughout

While we're there, your engineers work alongside ours. We hand over checklists, procedures, and short training modules — so the fix is repeatable.

  7. STEP 07

    Handover pack

    Last day

Full site report — findings, actions taken, before/after data, spare-part inventory recommendations, and an owner's manual for what we changed.

  8. STEP 08

    Follow-through

    T + 30 / 90 / 180d

30-day, 90-day, and 6-month remote check-ins built into the engagement. If a KPI regresses, we're back on your line without a fresh proposal cycle.

Constants

What is identical across both tracks.

  • Senior engineer as lead

Never a junior on the primary interface.

  • Structured written outputs

Every engagement leaves a signed report or action plan.

  • Confidentiality

NDA on request. Confidentiality clauses in every engagement letter.

  • Reference IDs

Every inquiry gets a K7-YYYYMMDD-XXXXX ref for traceable follow-up.

  • No cookies / no trackers

Your data is used only to serve you. No third-party marketing.

  • Follow-through window

We come back 30 days later to verify the fix held.
