In his own words
Hi friends. My name is Sridhar. I am a PhD holder in technical affairs and management, with 43 years of experience in cement in India and abroad — including Lafarge, UltraTech, Dalmia and other named companies.
Post my retirement — I'm 64 now — I run a new venture called K7 Technical & Management Consultancy, with a team of people who worked with me in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and process. We wanted to understand the problems of the running plant as well as of the projects, so that we can give a solution — not just by consultancy. We will hand-hold. We will develop the people, we will train them, we will mentor them, and we will do recruitment — whatever help you require for the cement industry — to make the cement industry a win-win situation.

Origins
Decades on the plant floor
Our founders built their careers operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting massive cement kilns, power generators, and industrial process loops across Asia, India, and the Middle East. They are hands-on operators first.
The gap
